Avoid these foods before you sleep at least two to three hours before. Caffeinated drinks such as coffee and tea are also harmful for sleep because they have the tendency to keep the mind awake for a long time. Caffeine is negatively related to sleep. Extreme drugs and medical pills also affect the sleep and are considered as anti sleep items. Chocolate may not harm the health but do not work good for a good sleep due to this they should be avoided before bed time. Smoking is also classified as a negative drug item for harming the sleep process. Similarly an alcoholic drink may also negatively affect the sleep.

Acidic foods such as junk items and fast foods can damage your sleeping process. They work negatively in the seep in the form of acidity, gas formation, heart burn and even vomiting. Try not to consume these items at least three to four hours before the bed time. Simple and healthy items should be adopted and consumed at dinner to make the sleeping process sounder.
